What is account verification?
Verification is the identity and address check every regulated broker has to run. It confirms you are who you say you are, and that the address on your account is current. We use a standard KYC flow — one photo ID plus one proof-of-address document. -
How long does verification take?
Usually under one business hour. Our verification desk operates 24/5, and clear submissions are approved within minutes. Complex cases (business accounts, third-party documents) can take up to one business day. -
Which documents are accepted?
Passport, national ID, or driver's license for identity. Bank statement, utility bill, tax bill or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days for address. -
How do I pass credit card verification?
Take a photo of the front of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle numbers covered. Cover the CVV on the back completely. Your name on the card must match your account.

What is leverage?
Leverage lets you open a position larger than your account balance — for example, 1:100 leverage means every $1 of margin controls $100 of notional exposure. It amplifies both profits and losses, so size with caution. -
What is a swap?
Swap (also called rollover) is the overnight interest charged or credited on leveraged positions that are held past the daily cut-off (22:00 UTC). The rate depends on the interest rate differential between the two currencies in the pair. -
The "New Order" key is inactive. What should I do?
This usually means the account is read-only (demo credentials logged in as live, or vice versa), or the market is closed for that symbol. Check the account type in the top-left of MT4/MT5 and the symbol's trading hours under "Specification".
Deposits & withdrawals

Why do withdrawals have to return to the source?
Anti-money-laundering regulations require funds to flow back the way they came. If you deposited by card, your first equivalent withdrawal has to go back to that card. Profits on top can go to any verified payment method in your name. -
Are there any fees on deposits or withdrawals?
OnFin does not charge internal fees on any channel. Card issuers, SWIFT correspondent banks and crypto networks may charge their own — those are always disclosed before you confirm. -
How long do withdrawals take?
E-wallet and crypto withdrawals are processed same day. Card withdrawals take 1-3 business days depending on your issuer. Bank wires take 1-3 business days depending on your region.

Can I have multiple trading accounts?
Yes — you can hold up to five live accounts per verified profile, in any mix of Mini, ECN and Copy. Switching between them is free, and they all share the same verified identity. -
How do I change my registered details?
For email, phone and address changes, use Profile → Edit in the cabinet. For legal-name changes, please email support@onfin.io with a scan of the document showing the new name (marriage certificate, name-change deed, updated passport).
